My experience at Rakuten Stay was nothing short of exceptional, truly exceeding my high expectations. The location was ideal, offering a perfect balance of tranquility away from the bustling city while still being just a short walk from the subway, allowing for easy exploration of Tokyo's landmarks. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness and standard operating procedures; the hotel was immaculate, and the staff respected our privacy by only cleaning upon request. The room featured a stable air conditioning system, which was a welcome relief from the summer heat, and I loved the convenience of the under-bed storage for my luggage. I had the unexpected pleasure of finding my lost wallet, which the attentive staff had securely held for me, showcasing their commitment to guest service.
